Musk Announces xAI Will Be Renamed to SpaceXAI

Musk posted on X platform on May 7th, stating that xAI will cease to exist as an independent company and will instead become SpaceXAI, an AI product under SpaceX.
Previously, SpaceX and Anthropic announced a computational power cooperation, with Anthropic utilizing the full computational capacity of SpaceX's Memphis Colossus 1 data center to serve Claude Pro and Claude Max users.
The announcement stated that the data center houses over 220,000 NVIDIA GPUs, including H100, H200, and next-generation GB200 accelerators, catering to large language models, multimodal systems, scientific simulations, and generative AI workloads.
