According to Digitimes, Huang has visited major Asian markets intensively since 2023 — his goal now goes well beyond product promotion and client relations.

He also attended the launch of Noetra, a sovereign-AI alliance co-funded by SoftBank, Sony, and 44 other firms, declaring "Japan is back."
