U.S. officials revealed to the media on the 27th that the Pentagon has drawn up a list of targets within Iran for potential military action if President Trump were to order a resumption. According to NBC, the Pentagon is considering naming the potential resumed operations "Great Hammer."

The target list covers a broad range. The Natanz and Isfahan nuclear facilities are both on the list, both of which had previously been attacked by U.S. airstrikes in June of last year. In addition, Iran's strategic oil facilities on Kharg Island, power plants, as well as military command centers and communication facilities are also being considered.

Sources with knowledge of the matter have indicated that the previously targeted sites are considered "easy targets" due to their fixed locations and lack of deep underground bunkers. However, the situation is different this time, as mobile targets such as missile launchers and drones have become more concealed, significantly increasing the difficulty in locating and striking them with precision.
