On the morning of May 13th, the reservation page for visiting the Xiaomi Auto Beijing Daxing factory showed that the registration channel was temporarily closed by the official from May 13th to 22nd, and users could not submit applications for visits. Since this window coincides with Trump's visit to China, the outside world began to speculate whether the American business executive group would include this factory in their itinerary.

According to confirmation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Trump will make a state visit to China from May 13th to 15th, accompanied by business leaders including Musk, Cook, and Huang Renxun, as well as the heads of Qualcomm, Micron, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, Boeing, and Cargill, among other enterprises.

Data shows that the Xiaomi Daxing factory received 93,000 visitors from 70 countries and regions in the first six months of 2025, with a total annual cumulative number of 130,000 visitors. Within the recent month, the Prime Minister of Spain, the Crown Prince of the UAE, and the Chairman of the Kuomintang in Taiwan have successively visited the factory, providing stronger imaginative space for this closed-door arrangement.
