Hezbollah's Al-Manar TV reported on the 22nd that Hezbollah fighters used a drone to attack and confirm a hit on the "Iron Dome" air defense system at an Israeli military base in northern Israel that day. This is the most targeted strike by Hezbollah on Israel's domestic air defense system in recent times.

The Israeli side acknowledged that air defense alarms sounded in several areas of northern Israel starting at around 17:00 that day, and the Israeli military subsequently intercepted two "suspicious aerial targets" fired from the direction of Lebanon. According to Israeli Channel 12, a total of 5 drones were fired from Lebanon towards Israel on that day, with 2 being intercepted and the rest falling in border areas.

At the same time, the Israeli military's strikes on southern Lebanon continue to cause civilian casualties. According to the National News Agency of Lebanon, Israeli forces launched airstrikes on multiple locations in southern Lebanon from late night on the 21st to the 22nd, resulting in at least 11 deaths, including 6 medical and rescue personnel. Israeli forces' airstrike hit an emergency center in the Tyre area, killing 4 medical staff; subsequent attacks on a junction in Tyre killed another 6 people, including 2 medical workers who were transferring the wounded. In addition, a pickup truck in the Nabatiyeh business district was attacked by a drone, resulting in 1 death and 2 injuries. The Lebanese Ministry of Health also reported that the Israeli forces' attack on the area near Tyre Government Hospital caused serious damage to the hospital and injured 9 people.

Amidst the deadlock in US-Iran negotiations and Israel being excluded from the ceasefire decision-making circle, the ongoing firefight on the Israel-Lebanon border indicates that multiple fronts of regional tensions are burning simultaneously.
