01
Product and company
What Nashnova is, who operates it, and who it is designed to help.
What is Nashnova?
Nashnova is an AI investment information and research platform. It combines AI Agents, structured financial data, and public or compliantly accessed information to help users organize, track, and review investment judgments.
Who operates Nashnova?
Nashnova is operated by CMCF Limited, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Who is Nashnova for?
Nashnova is designed for people who want help investigating companies, assets, industries, market events, positions, and risk questions. Users remain responsible for checking important information and making their own decisions.
Where can I use Nashnova?
The current product is available through iOS, Android, direct Android APK distribution, and the Web. Availability and individual features can differ by platform and region.
02
Research, data, and Agents
How research is assembled and what users should verify.
What can I research with Nashnova?
You can start with a company, asset, industry, market event, position, or risk question. Available workflows can support fundamental analysis, earnings review, market-event research, macro and industry analysis, risk checks, briefs, and ongoing tracking.
Which markets and asset classes are covered?
Current product documentation describes selected coverage across the United States, Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, and South Korea, together with ETFs, indexes, foreign exchange, commodities, and crypto. Coverage varies by data category, market, licensing, region, and product workflow.
How current is the data?
There is no single latency promise for every source. Some supported market feeds can update intraday, while filings, news, research materials, transcripts, and public sources follow their own publication and ingestion schedules. Check the timestamp shown in the product and verify time-sensitive facts at the original source.
Does Nashnova show sources and citations?
Many research workflows can display citations or source links. Availability differs by content type and licensing. A citation helps you inspect the source, but it does not guarantee that an AI interpretation is complete or correct.
How is Nashnova different from a general-purpose AI assistant?
Nashnova is built around investment-research questions and supported financial-data workflows. It is designed to organize evidence, surface assumptions and risks, compare research perspectives, and carry a question forward for later review—not simply produce a one-off answer.
What is an Agent?
An Agent is a research interface organized around a more explicit lens, such as fundamental analysis, cycles, macro transmission, industry chains, or risk validation. Agents are tools for examining a question and do not replace the user’s judgment.
How are Agents created, reviewed, and updated?
Published Agents provide a profile, research lens, conversation interface, and answer-feedback tools where available. Creation, update, and content-management practices can differ by Agent, so users should consider the profile, cited sources, publication time, and the output itself when evaluating a response.
Do public-figure Agents represent or speak for the real person?
Public-figure-related Agents use public materials to present a research lens. They are AI research tools, do not speak for the person or reproduce the person’s real-time views, and their output does not constitute investment advice. Unless a page explicitly states otherwise, no affiliation, cooperation, or endorsement should be inferred.
What is a personal Agent or digital twin?
Where the feature is available, a user can create a personal research Agent around selected interests, recurring tasks, and a preferred way of organizing output. It remains an AI research tool; users should review its sources, assumptions, and conclusions.
03
Investment responsibility and limitations
The boundary between research support and a financial decision.
Does Nashnova provide investment advice?
No. Nashnova provides investment information, market intelligence, and research support for reference and educational purposes. It does not provide personalized investment advice, securities solicitation, or a recommendation to take a specific investment action.
Can Nashnova place trades or manage my account?
No. Nashnova is not a securities broker and does not place orders, execute trades, hold client assets, or make investment decisions on behalf of users.
Can AI-generated research be wrong?
Yes. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, internally inconsistent, or too confident. Users should independently verify material information, especially prices, filings, financial figures, event timing, and legal or regulatory claims.
What investment risks should I consider?
Investing can result in the loss of part or all of the principal. Prices, liquidity, regulation, business conditions, and market narratives can change quickly. Past performance does not indicate future results.
