The Pentagon Releases 222 More UFO Files, Website Hits Over a Billion
The Pentagon released a second batch of UAP-related files on May 22, just two weeks after the release of the initial 161 documents. This time, an additional 222 pieces of information were added, including historical investigation records, witness reports, photos, and videos, stored on the government's dedicated website WAR.GOV/UFO.

The newly released files include some content related to unusual aerial phenomena observed near military facilities in New Mexico in the late 1940s and early 1950s, an area that has long been a hotspot for UFO sightings. In addition, it also includes images and reports of unidentified objects collected by the U.S. military and government agencies in recent years.
The Pentagon's Chief Spokesperson, Panerr, revealed that the file website has received more than 1 billion visits since it went online, far exceeding the level of public attention expected. He stated that the preparation of the third batch of files is underway, and the government will continue to declassify and release them in batches.
The Pentagon also reiterated that the U.S. government is still unable to make a definitive conclusion about the nature of the phenomena observed. UAP is the current official term, encompassing all unexplained anomalous phenomena that occur in the air, space, land, and maritime areas, which are temporarily not fully explained.
